REGMEN’s auto silica system combines a bulk bag discharger, weighing and batching equipment, and mixer feeding in one integrated arrangement. It moves silica from the bulk bag through controlled weighing and batch transfer to the mixer in tyre and rubber production. The loading, feed and control arrangement is configured around your Banbury or Intermix connection and available layout.

How the system fits your line

A connected process.

  1. 01

    Discharge the bulk bag

Unload material through the bulk bag discharger and contained connection.

  2. 02

    Weigh & batch

Meter material into the weighing vessel and prepare the required batch.

  3. 03

    Feed the mixer

Transfer the weighed batch through the configured feeding arrangement when the mixer is ready.
