The filling sequence

A clear path
from feed to filled bag.

  1. 01

    Position & connect

Locate the bag in the filling position and connect it to the selected filling arrangement.

  2. 02

    Feed & fill

Introduce material from the upstream process to the required fill quantity, using the agreed control arrangement.

  3. 03

    Close & transfer

Complete the bag connection sequence and move the filled bag onward using the selected handling method.

Application specifications

Define the bag.
Define the filling task.

Filling capacity and performance are selected for the material, feed arrangement and bag format. These parameters form the basis of your system proposal.

Before you specify

Practical questions,
clear answers.

Can the filling system be configured around our bag?

Share the bag dimensions, inlet or liner arrangement, target fill weight and filled-bag handling method. These details guide the equipment configuration.

What determines the filling output?

Material flow, bulk density, upstream feed capacity, target quantity and bag changeover affect the required arrangement. Output is confirmed for the specific application.

Can filling be integrated with our upstream equipment?

Share your process layout, supply equipment and control requirements. REGMEN can review the connection and operating sequence as part of the proposal.
